Training zones
and equipment

1300 m² on two levels and five separate zones. Every one of them is included in a single membership, with no extra fees and no booking.

Why we divide the club into zones

In one big hall, everyone gets in everyone else’s way: someone is stretching next to the squat rack, someone else is waiting for a cable machine, and the person on the treadmill watches it all at close range. Dividing the club into five separate areas spreads people across the whole space.
In practice, that means shorter waits for equipment at peak times and a calmer workout. If you still prefer an empty gym, the club is open 24/7 - at 6:00 or 23:00 you have the equipment practically to yourself.
01

Stretching zone

The first zone in the club and the place where most members start and finish their workout. You’ll find mats, wall bars and light weights for mobility work on your hips, shoulder girdle and spine. Fifteen minutes or so of warming up before your working sets and loosening up after training is the cheapest injury prevention available to you.

02

Functional training zone

An open space with artificial turf, designed for full-range movement: lunges, pulls, jumps and bodyweight work. This zone develops balance, coordination and stability, qualities that carry over into everyday activities and into your results in the other zones.
turf · pull-up bars · TRX · balls
03

Cardio zone

Treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and rowing machines. Use them to warm up before strength training, as a separate endurance session or as a calm end to a hard day. The equipment is in a separate part of the club, so it doesn’t block the walkways between the racks.

04

Machine zone

Strength machines for every body part: chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs and abs, plus high and low cable pulleys. It’s the safest starting point for beginners, because the machine guides the movement along a fixed path and lets you focus on tensing the muscle rather than keeping your balance.

05

Free weights zone

Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, benches and racks - from the lightest kit for beginners to heavy loads for advanced lifters. This is where you squat, deadlift and press, the exercises that give you the most for the time you spend in the club. If you’re not sure about your technique, book a personal training session.
